Study, Which Determines a Property's Capacity to Be Absorbed, Sold,
or Leased.
Marketability Study A Process That Investigates How a Particular
Piece of Property Will Be Absorbed, Sold, or Leased under Current
or Anticipated Market Conditions; Includes a Market Study or Analysis
of the General Class of Property Being Studied.
