GEORGE N. NAETER, MAI
REAL ESTATE APPRAISER AND CONSULTANT
DIRECTOR OF APPRAISAL OPERATIONS - REVAC

Present Position
Mr. Naeter is self-employed as George N. Naeter and Associates and is the current Director of Appraisal Operations for REVAC.
Experience
Mr. Naeter has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate appraisal profession since 1966. He has appraised land, buildings, machinery and equipment in industrial, commercial, governmental, residential, farm and institutional properties. Appraisals prepared by Mr. Naeter were used for purposes of sale/purchase, insurance, rental, financing, income tax, ad valorem tax, condemnation, allocation of purchase price and property records. He has also prepared depreciation studies, construction estimates, land use, casualty loss, market and marketability studies.

Employment

Mr. Naeter was associated with Marshall and Stevens, Inc., a national appraisal firm, from November 1966 to June 1977.

Mr. Naeter was a senior analyst/appraiser with the Houston office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Appraisal Services from July 1977 to June 1980. In July 1980, he became the Regional Manager of the Dallas office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Appraisal Services. Mr. Naeter operated as the Vice President and Manager of the Dallas office until April 1986.

Mr. Naeter was National Director of the Marvin F. Poer and Company Real Estate Appraisal Services division from May 1986 to April 1989. Based in the corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, he coordinated the day-to-day operations of the appraisal staff, directed the marketing effort, and was actively involved in the preparation and/or review of all major real estate appraisal assignments.

In April 1989, Mr. Naeter left Marvin F. Poer and Company to established George N. Naeter and Associates offering a full variety of real estate appraisal and consulting services on a fee basis.

Education

Mr. Naeter received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Emporia, Emporia, Kansas in 1965 with business finance and history majors. In addition, he has successfully completed appraisal courses offered by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers; 1-A, 1-B, 2 and 6.

Professional Societies

Mr. Naeter is a member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the MAI designation, Certificate No. 6296. Mr. Naeter also holds current Texas State Real Estate Broker License No. 202687. He has completed the requirements and is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate Number: TX-1320172-G.

Mr. Naeter is registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Requlation as a Property Tax Consultant, Registration Number 2840.
