PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE
Appraisal experience includes both the appraisal and review of
commercial properties, industrial, special purpose, vacant land
and subdivisions (both commercial and residential). This work is
performed for various types of clients which include lending institutions,
governmental agencies, and various corporations, attorneys and individuals.
Some of the more prominent appraisal assignments include the proposed
Ritz Carlton - New Orleans, The Wyndham Hotel-Austin, Lakeside (West
Houston) Airport, the historic Davis Buildings-Austin, Texas Commerce
Bank Building-River Oaks, Two Chasewood Office Building, the 400
acre Via Ranch, Hardin House Dormitory-Austin, The Balinese Ballroom
(Galveston), Spencer Square Shopping Center, Atascocita Town Center
(Phase I and II), Enclave at Pavilion Apartments, 2,000,000 gallons
of wastewater capacity, 10,000 acres of timberland in east Texas,
the Norwood Park Mixed-use subdivision-Austin, and the Point Northwest
Mixed-use subdivision-Houston.
In addition, Mr. Pallante has testified in Federal Bankruptcy and
District Court as an expert witness in the valuation of real estate.
