REVAC, Inc. was organized in May 1976 by William C. Forrest, MAI, ASA with the idea of forming a complete valuation service and research company. The company would provide its clients with everything from the raw research data to a complete valuation of its business; segregated between real estate, machinery and equipment, patents, goodwill contracts, etc. REVAC specializes in the following services:

WILLIAM C.FORREST, MAI, ASA founder of REVAC, Inc. has been in the appraising and consulting business since 1969. After graduation from the University of Mississippi in 1969 with majors in city planning and land economics, he acquired vast experience by working as a staff appraiser for the Mississippi Highway Department and for Marshall & Stevens, an international appraisal company. With the MAI designation since May of 1976, William Forrest's experience covers the valuations of all types of commercial, industrial and residential properties in over 30 states and 2 foreign countries, which includes valuations of real estate, machinery and equipment, expert court testimony and business valuations.

With over two decades of national experience, William Forrest has led REVAC to become the most respected real estate firm in the country.
